Fall Springs is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for our staff and clients. Listed here are the measures being taken to ensure your safety.
All Staff and caregivers are responsible for implementing this plan. Our goal is to mitigate the potential for transmission of COVID-19 in our workplaces, communities, and client homes. This requires the cooperation of our caregivers, management team and clients. Only through this cooperative effort can we establish and maintain the safety and health of ourselves and our beloved clients.

CDC-How to protect yourselves and others

All Caregivers have taken and completed a COVID-19 training program.

All caregivers are required to screen themselves for health changes and COVID-19 symptoms.This daily health screening process is assessed by a nurse supervisor.

Workplace cleaning and disinfection protocol.

Consistent staff Reminders of safety measures and protocols which includes wearing a mask and face shield while taking care of the client and social distancing at least six-feet whenever possible.

Continuous Review of agency protocols based on CDC guidelines.

Minimization of in-person assessments and the increase in virtual care/communication whenever possible.
